When the IBP: Cebu Tricity Marathon comes in October 2026 at Robinsons Galleria Cebu, runners and fitness enthusiasts are preparing for a larger and more immersive marathon experience.
Currently in its fourth year, the marathon—formerly called the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) Cebu Run—invites members of the general public and the legal community to participate in a race that is intended to motivate racers of all skill levels. New categories, improved goods, and the eagerly awaited tri-city route that connects Cebu, Mandaue, and Talisay are all things that participants can look forward to. The course is vibrant, challenging, and showcases the region.
Beyond individual achievements, the occasion nevertheless promotes societal responsibility and well-being. By helping additional beneficiaries, such as homeless people and young cancer patients, this year's edition broadens its influence and enables each kilometer ran to benefit important causes.
Additionally, connectivity is crucial to improving the whole race experience, particularly for runners who record and share their experiences. Doris Baguio Daño, popularly known as DB Runner, is an ultramarathoner and content developer who is excited about the event.

The event is organized by the Young Lawyers Association of Cebu, Inc. (YLAC) in partnership with Smart Communications, Inc. (Smart), which supports the marathon through its robust 4G and 5G network.
