This is how Captivate works
  • Step 1: Customer visits store Facebook page and clicks Use App button. Other options are through scanning QR code or direct to a mobile web browser by typing the URL that can be found in the store point of sale.
  • Step 2: Customer redirects to the Loyalty App Page of the store. The customer clicks the Continue button to check the stamp game page.
  • Step 3: Customer hand over the mobile phone to store personnel to get a digital stamp after a successful purchase from the store.
